中文摘要: 随着健康中国战略不断推进,药食同源理念备受瞩目。异黄酮苷(isoflavone glycosides,IG)作为药食同源植物中的关键天然活性成分,分布广泛,具有抗氧化、抗炎等多重生理功能。该文对异黄酮苷的生物活性及其在药食同源体系中的角色从分子机制、代谢途径以及功能评价角度进行系统剖析,同时探讨其与药食同源基质的协同作用和在功能性食品开发中的应用潜能,旨在推动其在药食同源领域的科学运用,助力健康产业进步。
Abstract:With the continuous advancement of the Healthy China strategy,the concept of food and medicine homology has attracted widespread attention. Isoflavone glycosides (IG),as key natural active components in food and medicine homology plants,are widely distributed and possess multiple physiological functions such as antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. The biological activities of isoflavone glycosides and their roles in the food and medicine homology system were systematically analyzed from the perspectives of molecular mechanisms,metabolic pathways and functional evaluations. Their synergistic effects with food and medicine homology matrices and application potential in the development of functional foods were also explored,aiming to promote their scientific application in the field of food and medicine homology and contribute to the progress of the health industry.
