中文摘要: 百合(Lilium spp.)是一种兼具食用与药用价值的植物,其多糖成分因具有多样的生物活性而备受关注。该文系统综述百合多糖的免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗炎等生理功能及其作用机理,同时梳理研究的重点、难点与未来方向,旨在为后续进一步开发利用百合多糖提供坚实的理论支撑和新的思路,以推动百合多糖在医药、食品等多个领域的广泛应用。

Abstract:Lilium spp. are plants with both edible and medicinal value,and their polysaccharides have attracted significant attention due to the diverse biological activities. The physiological functions of Lilium polysaccharides were systematically reviewed,including immunomodulatory,anti-tumor,antioxidant,and anti-inflammatory effects,along with their mechanisms of action. Furthermore,the key research focuses,challenges,and future directions in this field were summarized,with the aim of providing a solid theoretical foundation and novel insights for further development and utilization of Lilium polysaccharides. The efforts were expected to promote the broad application of the polysaccharides across multiple domains such as pharmaceutical,healthcare,and food industries.
