中文摘要: 该研究通过冠突散囊菌(Eurotium cristatum)发酵荷叶提取并分离发酵后的荷叶多糖(FJH-3),探究其对Ⅱ型糖尿病小鼠的糖代谢调控作用。结果显示,FJH-3能显著降低小鼠体质量、改善多饮多食症状、调节血脂异常、减轻心血管疾病对健康的威胁、缓解氧化应激状态、保护肝脏和胰岛功能。此外,FJH-3还能改善肠道微生态、增加有益菌(拟杆菌门)丰度、降低有害菌(毛螺菌科)丰度。综上,荷叶多糖在辅助Ⅱ型糖尿病防治中提供了潜在功效靶点,在调节血糖和改善肠道健康方面具有一定潜力。
Abstract:In this study,fermented lotus leaf polysaccharides (FJH-3) were extracted and isolated from lotus leaves fermented by Eurotium cristatum,and their regulatory effects on glucose metabolism in typeⅡdiabetic mice were investigated. The results showed that FJH-3 significantly reduced body weight,improved symptoms of polydipsia and polyphagia,regulated dyslipidemia,reduced the threat of cardiovascular disease to health,alleviated oxidative stress,and protected liver and pancreatic islet functions in mice. In addition,FJH-3 improved intestinal microecology,increased the abundance of beneficial bacteria (Bacteroidetes),and decreased the abundance of harmful bacteria (Lachnospiraceae). These findings provide potential efficacy targets for the application of lotus leaf polysaccharides in the prevention and treatment of typeⅡdiabetes mellitus,demonstrating their potential in regulating blood glucose and improving intestinal health.
