Abstract:In order to gain an in-depth understanding of the current development status of the pre-prepared dishes industry and effectively monitor its development trends，visualization software CiteSpace was used to conduct a detailed visual analysis of relevant and valid literature on the domestic pre-prepared dishes industry，systematically sorting out its intellectual context. The results show that since 2008，the development of the preprepared dishes industry has gone through three stages：initial attention，market growth，and accelerated development，with research trends closely linked to market development；researchers such as Zhang Pengfei and Feng Xiujuan have made outstanding contributions，but collaboration among scholars needs to be strengthened；institutions such as Sichuan Tourism College，the Rural Trade Promotion Center of the Ministry of Agriculture，and Xiamen University Tan Kah Kee College are active in pre-prepared dishes research，yet inter-institutional cooperation is still insufficient；research hotspots have evolved from exploring local characteristics to deepening industrialization technology，and further to integrating the industrial chain and exploring social value，demonstrating a trajectory of gradual industry maturity.
