中文摘要: 该研究以新疆地区生产的优质和田核桃分心木为研究对象,采用超声波辅助提取核桃分心木多酚,并分析其体外抗氧化活性。在单因素试验的基础上,以液料比、乙醇浓度、超声时间和超声温度为自变量,多酚得率为响应变量,运用中心复合设计的响应面方法对提取工艺参数进行优化。结果表明,最佳提取条件为液料比95∶1(mL/g)、乙醇浓度41%、超声时间62 min和超声温度40 ℃。在此条件下,核桃分心木多酚得率达到67.025 mg/g。抗氧化能力检测结果显示,核桃分心木多酚在1.0 g/L浓度下对DPPH自由基和羟自由基的清除率分别为70.43%和14.79%,表明其具有良好的抗氧化活性。
Abstract:The ultrasonic technology was employed to extract total polyphenols from high-quality septa of Hetian walnuts produced in Xinjiang,and their in vitro antioxidant activity was analyzed. On the basis of singlefactor experiments,the response surface methodology with central composite design was employed to optimize the liquid-to-material ratio,ethanol concentration,ultrasonic time,and ultrasonic temperature (independent variables),with the total polyphenol yield as the response variable. The results showed that the extraction conditions were optimized as follows:a liquid-to-material ratio of 95∶1 (mL/g),41% ethanol,ultrasonic time of 62 min,and ultrasonic temperature of 40 ℃. Under these conditions,the total polyphenol yield from walnut septa reached 67.025 mg/g. Antioxidant capacity tests showed that at a concentration of 1.0 g/L,the polyphenols from walnut septa significantly scavenged 70.43% and 14.79% of DPPH and hydroxyl radicals,respectively,demonstrating good antioxidant activity.
