中文摘要: 目前婴儿配方奶粉根据所含β-酪蛋白类型主要分为A1和A2两类,其中A2型β-酪蛋白消化后几乎不产生与疾病风险相关的β-酪啡肽-7,可能具有更好的健康效应,但相关系统性研究仍较为缺乏。该文通过动物实验,比较A2配方奶粉与A1配方奶粉对断奶大鼠生长发育、免疫功能和肠道健康的影响。结果表明,A2配方奶粉能够促进血清免疫球蛋白(immunoglobulin,Ig)A和IgG分泌,改善十二指肠绒毛形态与吸收功能,并降低肠道炎症风险。此外,A2配方奶粉还能够调节肠道菌群结构,增加双歧杆菌、阿克曼菌等有益菌的丰度。综上,A2型β-酪蛋白在促进生长发育、增强免疫和改善肠道健康方面均优于A1型。
Abstract:Currently, infant formula milk powder is primarily categorized into A1 and A2 types by β-casein type. A2 β-casein, which produces almost no disease-associated β-casomorphin-7 (BCM-7) upon digestion, is suggested to offer potential health advantages. However, comprehensive studies on its systemic effects remain limited. In this study, an animal experiment was conducted to compare the impacts of A2 formula milk powder and conventional A1 formula milk powder on the growth, development, immune function, and intestinal health of weaned rats. The results showed that A2 formula milk powder promoted the secretion of serum immunoglobulins IgA and IgG, improved duodenal villus morphology and absorption function, and reduced intestinal inflammation risk. Furthermore, A2 formula milk powder modulated the gut microbiota structure by increasing the abundance of beneficial bacteria such as Bifidobacterium, Akkermansia. In conclusion, A2 β-casein outperforms A1 β-casein in promoting growth and development, enhancing immunity, and improving intestinal health.
