中文摘要: 为建立一种食品样品中铅离子(Pb2+)的高灵敏度、特异性强的快速检测方法。以混合型硫腙功能离子液体为原料,在210 ℃,密封容器内热解8 h,生成碳量子点,将碳点作为发光基团和识别基团,离子液体作为富集溶剂和识别基团。自主合成疏水型碳点-离子液体分散体系,在365 nm紫外光灯照射下,发出明亮的红色荧光。疏水型碳点-离子液体分散体系作为高灵敏度的荧光探针体系与样品中Pb2+结合,产生荧光淬灭现象。样品中Pb2+含量0.1~10.0 ng/mL范围内,荧光强度与Pb2+浓度成反比关系。在pH6.0±1.0条件下,淬灭反应1 min,通过目测比色或荧光分光光度计进行Pb2+的半定量检测或准确定性定量检测。结果表明,该检测方法回收率91.67%~99.24%、相对标准偏差为1.69%~2.31%、检出限0.1 ng/mL。该碳点荧光探针体系具有疏水性,对目标物Pb2+具有特异性富集效果。该快速检测方法可为多种样品中Pb2+的大批量筛查和检测工作提供参考。
Abstract:To establish a highly sensitive and specific method for the rapid detection of lead ions (Pb2+) in food samples,a hydrophobic carbon dot-ionic liquid dispersion system was synthesized by thermal decomposition of a mixed dithizone-functionalized ionic liquid in a sealed vessel at 210 ℃ for 8 h. The resulting carbon dots served as both luminescent and recognition elements,while the ionic liquid acted as both an enrichment solvent and a recognition element. Under 365 nm ultraviolet light,the system emitted bright red fluorescence. The hydrophobic carbon dot-ion liquid dispersion system,functioning as a highly sensitive fluorescent probe,binds to Pb2+ ions in the sample,resulting in fluorescence quenching. For Pb2+ concentrations in the range of 0.1-10.0 ng/mL,the fluorescence intensity showed an inverse relationship with the Pb2+ concentration. Under optimized conditions (pH6.0±1.0,reaction time 1 min),Pb2+ could be detected semi-quantitatively by visual color comparison or accurately quantified using a fluorescence spectrophotometer. The method demonstrated a recovery rate of 91.67%-99.24%,relative standard deviation of 1.69%-2.31%,and a detection limit of 0.1 ng/mL.The carbon dot fluorescent probe system exhibited hydrophobicity and specific enrichment capability for the target Pb2+. This rapid detection method could serve as a reference for large-scale screening and detection of Pb2+ in various sample types.
