中文摘要: 为优化化橘红挥发油的提取工艺,并对其化学成分进行分析,该试验采用水蒸气蒸馏法,结合单因素试验考察浸泡时间、提取时间以及固液比对化橘红挥发油提取率的影响,设计三因素三水平的正交试验,优化得出最佳的提取工艺,同时运用气相色谱-质谱联用(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,GC-MS)技术对化橘红挥发油成分进行分析。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为浸泡时间2 h、提取时间5 h、固液比1∶8 (g/mL);按照最佳提取工艺进行3 次验证,得到化橘红挥发油的平均提取率为0.42%,应用GC-MS对化橘红挥发油含有的化学成分进行分析,通过谱库共鉴定出挥发油中含有43 个化学成分,得出4 种化学成分含量较高,分别为β-月桂烯、邻伞花烃、柠檬烯、γ-松油烯,含量之和为81.56%。

Abstract:To optimize the extraction process of volatile oil from Exocarpium Citri Grandis,and its chemical components were analyzed. The steam distillation method was adopted. Single-factor experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of soaking time,extraction time,and solid-liquid ratio on the extraction rate of volatile oil. An orthogonal test with three factors and three levels was designed to optimize the extraction process. Meanwhile,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used to analyze the components of the volatile oil. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:soaking time of 2 h,extraction time of 5 h,and solid-liquid ratio of 1∶8 (g/mL). Three verification tests were performed under the optimal conditions,and the average extraction rate of volatile oil was 0.42%. A total of 43 chemical components were identified from the volatile oil by GC-MS library search. Four components with high content were found,including β-myrcene,o-cymene,limonene,and γ-terpinene,with a total content of 81.56%.
