多烯酸配比对高脂饲料诱导大鼠的体内抗氧化及免疫功能的影响

中文摘要: 为探究二十二碳六烯酸(docosahexaenoic acid,DHA)与二十碳五烯酸 (eicosapentaenoic acid,EPA)配比对高脂饲料诱导大鼠体内抗氧化能力和免疫功能的影响,将大鼠随机分为空白组、DHA组、EPA组及DHA与EPA配比组进行实验。与空白组及单独添加DHA、EPA组相比,饮食摄入DHA与EPA后,ABTS+自由基清除能力、超氧化物歧化酶活性、脾脏指数、胸腺指数、半数溶血值、巨噬细胞增殖率均显著提高。DHA∶EPA=1∶3(质量比)为改善高脂饲料诱导大鼠的体内抗氧化能力与免疫功能的最适宜配比,与摄入DHA∶EPA=1∶1相比,DHA与EPA的配比为1∶2、1∶3、1∶4时,ABTS+自由基清除能力分别显著增加7.3%、16.9%、11.5%,半数溶血值分别显著提高1.04%、5.77%、1.92%。
Abstract:To investigate the effects of different docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA) ratios on the in vivo antioxidant capacity and immune function of rats fed a high-fat diet,rats were randomly divided into a blank control group,a DHA group,an EPA group,and groups supplemented with different DHA/EPA ratios. Compared with the blank control group and the groups supplemented with DHA or EPA alone,the dietary intake of combined DHA and EPA significantly enhanced the ABTS+ free radical scavenging capacity and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity. Meanwhile,the spleen index,thymus index,half hemolytic value (HC50),and macrophage proliferation rate in the combined DHA/EPA groups were also significantly higher than those in the blank control group and the groups with single DHA or EPA supplementation. The ratio of DHA∶EPA at 1∶3 exhibited the most favorable effects on improving in vivo antioxidant activity and immune function inrats fed a high-fat diet pecifically,compared with the 1∶1 ratio,the ABTS+ radical scavenging ability was significantly enhanced by 16.9% at the 1∶3 ratio,followed by 11.5% at 1∶4 and 7.3% at 1∶2 ratios.Correspondingly,the HC50 values increased significantly by 5.77%,1.92%,and 1.04% for the ratios of 1∶3,1∶4,and 1∶2,respectively.
