中文摘要: 为探究芜菁及其内生菌对免疫功能的促进作用,并为芜菁资源的进一步开发提供理论基础,该研究采用不同浓度的芜菁提取物和内生菌提取物对小鼠进行口饲,通过测量肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白介素-1β(interleukin-1β,IL-1β)、白介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、白介素-2(interleukin-2,IL-2)和白介素-10(interleukin-10,IL-10)在肝脏、肾脏、脾脏和胸腺的表达水平,以及检测血清中免疫水平以探究两种提取物对小鼠免疫功能的影响。口饲实验结果表明,芜菁及其内生菌提取物能够影响小鼠肝脏、肾脏、脾脏和胸腺中特定免疫因子的表达水平,并且对血清中的免疫水平有显著影响。综上,芜菁及其内生菌提取物对免疫功能具有促进作用。

Abstract:To investigate the immune-enhancing effects of Brassica rapa L. and its endophytic fungi,and to provide a theoretical basis for the further development of Brassica rapa L. resources,this study administered different concentrations of Brassica rapa L. and its endophytic bacterial extracts orally to mice. The expression levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),interleukin-1β (IL-1β),interleukin-6 (IL-6),interleukin-2 (IL-2),and interleukin-10 (IL-10) in the liver,kidneys,spleen,and thymus were measured,along with assessments of immune levels in the serum,to explore the impact of two extracts on the immune function of mice. The oral administration results showed that Brassica rapa L. and its endophytic bacterial extracts influenced the expression levels of specific immune factors in the liver,kidney,spleen,and thymus of mice,and had a significant effect on immune levels in the serum. In summary,extracts of Brassica rapa L. and its endophytic bacterial demonstrated a promoting effect on immune function.
