中文摘要: 高尿酸血症(hyperuricemia ,HUA)是一种与嘌呤代谢紊乱相关的代谢性疾病,现有药物常伴不良反应。菊花富含黄酮类化合物,具有显著的抗氧化、抗炎等活性。该文系统综述菊花主要黄酮类成分通过多靶点、多途径调控HUA的作用机制研究进展,并基于其安全性与功能特性,提出开发降尿酸功能饮品的应用前景,以期为天然药物预防代谢性疾病提供新策略。
Abstract:Hyperuricemia (HUA) is a metabolic disorder arising from purine metabolism dysregulation. While current clinical drugs effectively lower uric acid levels, long-term administration often leads to adverse effects.Chrysanthemum morifolium flowers, rich in flavonoids, exhibit significant antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities. This article systematically reviewed recent research progress in the mechanisms through which C.morifolium flavonoids managed HUA via multiple targets and pathways. Considering their favorable safety profile and functional properties, C. morifolium flavonoids presented a promising application prospect for the development of functional beverages aimed at reducing uric acid levels. This review was expected to offer new perspectives for utilizing natural plant-based therapeutics in the prevention of metabolic diseases.
