中文摘要: 机体氧化损伤是由过量活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)及其他自由基引起的,这些物质会攻击细胞、组织或器官,导致其功能受损。近年来,食源性天然产物因其显著的抗氧化特性成为健康科学研究的重点。斑马鱼作为一种理想的活体模型,在评估天然产物的抗氧化效果方面表现出独特优势。该文综述7种不同类型的斑马鱼模型研究进展,探讨天然产物在这些模型中的应用及其机制,以期为开发新型抗氧化药物提供理论支持。
Abstract:Oxidative damage in the body is caused by excessive accumulation of reactive oxygen species(ROS) and other free radicals, which attack cells, tissue, or organs, leading to impaired functions. In recent years, food-derived natural products have become a focal point in the research of health science due to their significant antioxidant properties. Zebrafish, as an ideal live model organism, exhibit unique advantages in evaluation of the antioxidant effects of natural products. The research progress in seven different types of zebrafish models was reviewed and the applications of these models in the research on natural products and their underlying mechanisms were explored, with the aim of providing theoretical support for the development of novel antioxidant drugs.
