中文摘要: 为探究4种大鲵肽粉复合配方保健食品对化学性肝损伤的保护作用,以无特定病原体(specific pathogen free,SPF)级ICR雄性小鼠为模型,设置空白对照组、模型对照组、复配1组(大鲵肽粉、葛根、糊精)、复配2组(大鲵肽粉、白芍、糊精)、复配3组(大鲵肽粉、五味子、白芍、糊精)及复配4组(大鲵肽粉、五味子、枳椇子、葛根、灵芝、糊精),灌胃处理30 d后,通过一次性灌胃50%乙醇溶液(12 mL/kg bw)构建急性肝损伤模型。检测肝组织中丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、还原型谷胱甘肽(glutathione,GSH)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)含量及脂肪变性程度。结果显示,与模型对照组相比,复配2组、复配3组、复配4组肝组织中MDA含量和TG含量显著降低(P<0.05),复配3组和复配4组GSH含量显著升高(P<0.05)。大鲵肽粉复合配方(复配3组、复配4组)保健食品对化学性肝损伤有辅助保护作用。
Abstract:To investigate the protective effects of four Andrias davidianus peptide powder-based compound formula health food products against chemically induced liver injury, specific pathogen-free (SPF) male ICR mice were grouped as follows: blank control, model control, compound formulas 1(Andrias davidianus peptide,Puerariae lobatae radix,dextrin),compound formulas 2(Andrias davidianus peptide,Paeoniae radix alba,dextrin), compound formulas 3(Andrias davidianus peptide, Schisandrae chinensis Fructus, Paeoniae radix alba, dextrin), and compound formulas 4(Andrias davidianus peptide, Schisandrae chinensis Fructus, Hovenia dulcis Thunb, Puerariae lobatae Radix, Ganoderma lucidum, dextrin). After 30 days of gavage, acute liver injury was induced by gavage of 50% ethanol at a single dose (12 mL/kg bw). The levels of malondialdehyde (MDA), glutathione (GSH), and triglyceride (TG) and the degree of hepatic steatosis in the liver tissue were measured. The results showed that compared with the model control group, the compound formulas 2, 3,and 4 lowered the MDA and TG levels in the liver tissue (P<0.05), and the compound formulas 3 and 4 elevated the GSH level (P<0.05). The A. davidianus peptide powder-based compound formula health food products (formulas 3 and 4) exhibited auxiliary protective effects against chemically induced liver injury.
