中文摘要: 该文对采用液相色谱-质谱联用法测定蔬菜中8 种农药残留进行不确定度评定。依据GB 23200.121—2021《食品安全国家标准 植物源性食品中331 种农药及其代谢物残留量的测定 液相色谱-质谱联用法》建立数学模型,分析不确定度来源,并对其进行评定。结果表明,在0.020 mg/kg添加水平下,啶虫脒、噻虫胺、噻虫嗪、克百威、3-羟基克百威、多菌灵、氯唑磷、吡唑醚菌酯测量结果及不确定度分别为(0.018 4±0.004 6)、(0.016 2±0.003 7)、(0.017 9±0.004 6)、(0.020 4±0.006 4)、(0.018 6±0.004 4)、(0.018 0±0.005 0)、(0.016 0±0.003 6)、(0.018 2±0.004 4) mg/kg(P=95%,k=2)。该方法主要不确定度来源为标准溶液配制与稀释过程和标准曲线拟合,应在试验过程中严格控制。
Abstract:This study conducted uncertainty evaluation on eight pesticide residues in vegetables by adopting the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method.According to the National Food Safety Standard—Determination of 331 Pesticides and Metabolites Residues in Foods of Plant Origin—Liquid Chromatography-tandem Mass Spectrometry Method (GB 23200.121—2021),a mathematical model was built to analyze the sources of uncertainty,with the uncertainty evaluated.At the spiking level of 0.020 mg/kg,the measurement results and uncertainties of acetamiprid,clothianidin,thiamethoxam,carbofuran,3-hydroxycarbofuran,carbendazim,isazofos,and pyraclostrobin were (0.018 4±0.004 6),(0.016 2±0.003 7),(0.017 9±0.004 6),(0.020 4±0.006 4),(0.018 6±0.004 4),(0.018 0±0.005 0),(0.016 0±0.003 6),and (0.018 2±0.004 4) mg/kg (P=95%,k=2).The main sources of uncertainty are the preparation and dilution process of standard solutions and standard curve fitting,which should be strictly controlled during experiments.
