中文摘要: 为探明钒、铬及褪黑素对鹰嘴豆芽的影响,以卡布里鹰嘴豆为试验材料,外源添加钒、铬及褪黑素,研究其对鹰嘴豆萌发、钒、铬含量、异黄酮含量及抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明:25 mg/L偏钒酸钠、75 mg/L氯化铬处理后,鹰嘴豆芽异黄酮含量最高。联合褪黑素处理可以显著缓解钒、铬处理对鹰嘴豆萌发的影响,促进鹰嘴豆生长,并且显著降低鹰嘴豆芽的钒、铬含量。外源褪黑素的加入显著提高萌发2 d和4 d鹰嘴豆芽中异黄酮含量,与单独钒处理相比提高54%、14%,与单独铬处理相比提高15%、24%。此外,褪黑素还可以提高鹰嘴豆芽抗氧化酶活性、降低丙二醛含量。
Abstract:The effects of vanadium,chromium,and melatonin on the germination of chickpea seeds were investigated.The seeds of kabuli chickpea were treated with exogenous vanadium,chromium,and melatonin,and the seed germination,content of vanadium,chromium,and isoflavone,and activities of antioxidant enzymes were determined.The results showed that the 25 mg/L vanadium treatment and 75 mg/L chromium treatment had the highest isoflavone content in chickpea sprouts.Melatonin significantly alleviated the effects of vanadium and chromium treatments on the seed germination of chickpea,promoted the growth of chickpea,and significantly reduced the content of vanadium and chromium in chickpea sprouts.The addition of exogenous melatonin significantly increased the isoflavone content in the chickpea sprouts of 2 days and 4 days by 54% and 14%,respectively,compared with vanadium treatment alone,and by 15% and 24%,respectively,compared with chromium treatment alone.Moreover,exogenous melatonin increased the activities of chickpea sporouts antioxidant enzymes and decreased the content of malondialdehyde (MDA).
