中文摘要: 为探讨茯苓和茯神的营养、活性成分差异,该文以江西产茯苓和茯神为研究对象,通过现代分析检测技术比较分析两者的营养成分、多糖含量及风味物质组成。结果表明,茯苓和茯神的水分、蛋白质、脂肪和水溶性多糖含量无显著性差异,而茯神的膳食纤维和灰分含量显著高于茯苓,茯苓的三萜类化合物含量高于茯神。气相质谱分析结果显示,相比茯苓,茯神的挥发性物质种类较多,共计24 种,包含烷烃类3 种、醛类9 种、醇类4 种、酮类5 种、芳香类1 种和其他类化合物2 种,茯苓未检测到烷烃类和其他类化合物;此外,茯神检测到特有的长叶烯、右旋龙脑和左旋樟脑成分,其相对含量分别为(65.800±9.310)%、(1.120±0.100)%、(1.060±0.010)%。茯神特有的长叶烯、右旋龙脑和左旋樟脑成分,可能是两者功效存在差异的原因。
Abstract:To explore the differences in nutritional and active components between Poria and Poria cum Radix Pini,and to provide theoretical references for establishing quality standards and developing products for these two herbs.This study collected the samples for Poria and Poria cum Radix Pini from Jiangxi Province.Their nutritional composition,polysaccharide content and flavor substances were compared using modern analytical techniques.The results showed no significant differences between these two herbs in terms of moisture,protein,fat and water-soluble polysaccharide content.However,the dietary fiber and ash content of Poria cum Radix Pini were significantly higher,while the triterpenoid content was higher in Poria.Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis revealed a greater variety of volatile compounds in Poria cum Radix Pini,with a total of 24 compounds identified,including 3 hydrocarbons,9 aldehydes,4 alcohols,5 ketones,1 aromatic compound and 2 other compounds.In contrast,no hydrocarbons or other types of volatile compounds was detected in Poria.Moreover,Poria cum Radix Pini contained some unique components such as longifolene,(+)-borneol,and(-)-camphor,with relative contents of (65.800±9.310)%,(1.120±0.100)%,and (1.060±0.010)%,respectively.In summary,the higher triterpenoid content in Poria,together with the higher dietary fiber and ash content and the more diverse volatile compounds,including the unique longifolene,(+)-borneol,and (-)-camphor in Poria cum Radix Pini,may explain for the difference in efficacy between the two herbs.
