中文摘要: 为探究救心菜提取物对高脂饮食小鼠脂肪积累的缓解作用,该实验选取36只C57BL∕6J小鼠,每组6只,分别用救心菜水提物、救心菜水提醇沉物和救心菜水提醇溶物饲喂高脂饮食小鼠,同时设置低脂饮食组和二甲双胍阳性药物组作为对照组,通过16周的饮水给药喂养实验,每周定时监测小鼠的生长指标,饲养结束后测定部分生化指标,对小鼠肝脏进行组织病理学检测。结果显示:救心菜水提物能有效减轻高脂饮食小鼠体质量,显著降低其附睾脂肪指数;水提醇沉物能有效降低小鼠腹股沟脂肪指数和附睾脂肪指数,同时降低小鼠血清中低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平;水提醇溶物能显著降低小鼠血清中甘油三酯水平。肝脏染色结果显示,救心菜水提物、水提醇沉物以及水提醇溶物对小鼠肝脏脂质积累均有一定的改善作用。综上表明,救心菜提取物对高脂饮食小鼠的脂质积累有一定的缓解作用。
Abstract:To investigate whether Coral dealbatus extract can alleviate the fat accumulation in mice fed a highfat diet,36 C57BL∕6J mice were selected for this experiment,with 6 mice in each group.The mice were fed a high-fat diet supplemented with the aqueous extract,aqueous-alcohol precipitation extract,and aqueous-alcohol soluble C.dealbatus extract,respectively.A low-fat diet group and a metformin positive control group were also established as controls.The experiment lasted for 16 weeks,during which the extracts and metformin were administered via drinking water.Growth indicators of the mice were monitored weekly,and at the end of the feeding period,certain biochemical indicators were measured,and histopathological examinations were performed on the liver tissues.The results showed that the aqueous extract of C.dealbatus effectively reduced the body weight of mice on a high-fat diet and significantly decreased their epididymal fat pad index.The aqueousalcohol precipitation extract effectively reduced the inguinal fat pad index and epididymal fat index in mice,while also lowering their serum low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels.The aqueous-alcohol soluble extract significantly reduced serum triglyceride levels in mice.Liver staining results indicated that the aqueous extract,aqueous-alcohol precipitation extract,and aqueous-alcohol soluble C.dealbatus extract all had certain ameliorative effects on hepatic lipid accumulation in mice.In conclusion,C.dealbatus extract demonstrates a mitigating effect on lipid accumulation in mice fed a high-fat diet.
