中文摘要: 葡萄酿造蒸馏副产物(葡萄渣、葡萄籽、酒泥等)富含多酚、原花青素等生物活性成分,其高值化利用是循环经济发展的重要方向。传统填埋、饲料化处理既浪费资源又污染环境,绿色萃取技术因高效环保成为研究热点。该文综述葡萄酿造蒸馏副产物及其生物活性物质的绿色萃取技术的研究进展,以期为副产物的资源化利用提供参考。
Abstract:The distillation by-products generated during grape vinification(including grape marc,grape seeds,and lees)are abundant in bioactive constituents such as polyphenols and proanthocyanidins.Their highvalue utilization represents a pivotal pathway toward advancing circular economy development.Conventional disposal methods,including landfill and feed processing,result in resource waste and environmental contamination.Green extraction technologies have gained prominence owing to their efficiency and ecological sustainability.The research progress on green extraction technologies for grape brewing and distillation by-products and their bioactive substances was reviewed to provide a reference for the resource utilization of by-products.
