中文摘要: 该研究以亚麻籽油微囊粉、秋葵粉、桑叶粉为原材料制备亚麻籽复合粉,以体外降脂活性作为评价指标,通过单因素试验和响应面试验优化亚麻籽复合粉的最佳配方。结果表明,响应面试验优化亚麻籽复合粉配方的最佳参数为亚麻籽油微囊粉添加量3.2 g、秋葵粉添加量2.0 g、桑叶粉添加量1.5 g,此配方得到的亚麻籽复合粉牛磺胆酸钠结合率为63.1%,具有较好的体外降脂活性。

Abstract:Flaxseed oil microencapsulated powder,okra powder,and mulberry leaf powder were used as raw materials to prepare flaxseed complex powder.With the in vitro lipid-lowering activity as the evaluation index,the formula of the flaxseed complex powder was optimized by single-factor and response surface tests.The results showed that the optimized formula of flaxseed complex powder was composed of 3.2 g flaxseed oil microencapsulated powder,2.0 g okra powder,and 1.5 g mulberry leaf powder.The flaxseed complex powder prepared with this formula showed the sodium taurocholate binding rate of 63.1% and had strong in vitro lipid-lowering activity.
