中文摘要: 采用单因素试验结合响应面法优化酸枣叶茶黄酮的提取工艺,并研究酸枣叶茶黄酮的体外抗氧化活性、降血糖及降血脂作用。结果表明,酸枣叶茶黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件为超声时间 50 min、超声温度 65 ℃、料液比1∶35(g/mL)、乙醇含量 61.2%,该条件下酸枣叶茶黄酮得率为7.39%。在酸枣叶茶黄酮浓度为3.2 mg/mL时,其总抗氧化能力为13.44 U/mL,DPPH自由基清除率达到90.12%。体外降血糖、降血脂试验结果表明,在酸枣叶茶黄酮浓度为3.2 mg/mL时,其对α-葡萄糖苷酶和α-淀粉酶的抑制率分别为96.41% 和79.40%;对胆酸钠和牛磺胆酸钠的吸附率分别为62.62%和71.79%,对胆固醇的抑制率为79.58%。研究结果表明酸枣叶茶黄酮具有较强的抗氧化活性和一定的体外降血糖、降血脂功效。
Abstract:The extraction process of flavonoids from wild jujube leaf tea was optimized using single-factor experiments combined with response surface methodology,and their antioxidant activity,hypoglycemic,and hypolipidemic effects in vitro were studied.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:ultrasonic time of 50 min,ultrasonic temperature of 65 ℃,solid-to-liquid ratio of 1∶35(g/mL),and ethanol content of 61.2%.Under these conditions,the yield of flavonoids from wild jujube leaf tea was 7.39%.At a concentration of 3.2 mg/mL,the total antioxidant capacity of flavonoids from wild jujube leaf tea was 13.44 U/mL,with a DPPH radical scavenging rate of 90.12%.The results of in vitro hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic experiments indicated that at a concentration of 3.2 mg/mL,the flavonoids from wild jujube leaf tea exhibited inhibition rates of 96.41% and 79.40% against α-glucosidase and α-amylase,respectively.Additionally,the adsorption rates for sodium caprate and sodium taurocholate were 62.62% and 71.79%,respectively,while the inhibition rate for cholesterol was 79.58%.The study results demonstrated that flavonoids from wild jujube leaf tea possessed strong antioxidant activity and certain hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic effects in vitro.
