中文摘要: 桑叶是一种药食同源植物,在我国分布广泛、资源丰富。桑叶多糖(mulberry leaf polysaccharides,MLP)作为一种具有多种生物活性的天然产物,近年来受到广泛关注。桑叶多糖具有良好的抗氧化、降血糖、降血脂、免疫调节以及肠道微生物群的调节等生物活性。基于现有的国内外研究现状,该文从桑叶多糖的提取纯化技术、结构表征、生物活性及构效关系4个方面全面综述桑叶多糖的研究概况,旨在为桑叶多糖在医药、功能性食品等领域的进一步研究与开发提供参考。
Abstract:Mulberry leaves with both medicinal and edible properties are widely distributed in China,showcasing rich resources. Mulberry leaf polysaccharides(MLP),as a natural product with multiple biological activities,have received extensive attention in recent years. MLP has good antioxidant,blood glucose- and lipidlowering,immunomodulatory,and gut microbiota-regulating effects. The research progress in MLP was reviewed from four aspects: extraction and purification technology,structural characterization,biological activities,and structure-activity relationship,with a view to providing references for the further research and development of MLP in the fields of medicine and functional foods.
