中文摘要: 网络药理学是以系统生物学和生物信息学等交叉学科为基础,对药物进行多靶点结合分析的新型药理学研究方法,由于功能性食品和中药的相似性,近年来一些食品功能性研究中也引入了网络药理学。该文综述网络药理学在食品功能性成分及其作用机制的分析、多种功能性成分的协同作用,以及新食品原料的选择开发和安全性评价方面的应用现状,以期为网络药理学在食品领域的进一步应用提供参考。
Abstract:Network pharmacology is a new pharmacological research method based on interdisciplinary disciplines such as systems biology and bioinformatics.It analyze drugs by considering multiple targets and has been introduced into some studies of food functionality in recent years due to the similarity between functional foods and traditional Chinese medicines.This paper reviewed the current application status of network pharmacology in the analysis of functional food ingredients and their mechanisms of action,the study of synergistic effects of multiple functional ingredients,as well as the selection,development,and safety evaluation of new food raw materials,with a view to providing a reference for the further application of network pharmacology in the field of food.
