中文摘要: 该文探究贝莱斯芽孢杆菌经过诱变后的抑菌活性和脂肽类抑菌物质的含量,通过常压室温等离子体(atmospheric pressure and room temperature plasma,ARTP)诱变技术筛选出高效广谱抑菌的贝莱斯芽孢杆菌A4菌株,采用平板对峙、果实接种等方法评估诱变后的菌株对12种病原真菌的抑制效果。结果表明,A4菌株对12种病原真菌的抑制效果显著,60 s ARTP诱变处理后的诱变株在抑制病原菌生长和提升果实采后抗病性方面表现优于原始菌株,其中对扩展青霉菌的抑制效果尤为显著,这与脂肽类化合物产量的增加有关。

Abstract:The lipopeptide content and antifungal activity of Bacillus velezensis after mutagenesis were investigated.Bacillus velezensis A4 strain was screened for its high production of lipopeptides by atmospheric pressure and room temperature plasma (ARTP) mutagenesis,and the inhibitory effect of the mutated strain on 12 pathogenic fungi was assessed by plate confrontation and fruit inoculation.The results showed that the A4 strain had significant inhibitory effects on 12 pathogenic fungi,and the mutant strain treated with ARTP mutagenesis for 60 s performed better than the original strain in inhibiting the growth of pathogenic fungi and enhancing the post-harvest resistance of fruits,with the inhibitory effect on Penicillium expansum being particularly significant,which may be related to the increase in the production of lipopeptides.
