中文摘要: 采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪测定琼海市3个乡镇菠萝及其种植土壤中K、Na、Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn 8种矿物质元素含量,通过热力图、主成分分析,分析矿物质元素在各乡镇所产菠萝的皮、肉和对应土壤中的分布情况,探讨菠萝中不同矿物质元素含量差异与产地的相关性,研究矿物质元素迁移规律。结果表明,土壤和果皮间的K、Mg、Ca、Zn、Cu矿物质元素相关性较强,土壤和果肉间的Mg、Ca、Zn、Mn、Cu矿物质元素相关性较强,但同种矿物质元素在果皮和果肉中的富集程度不相同,不同矿物质元素分布差异大,迁移系数不同。
Abstract:An inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer and an inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer were used to measure the content of eight mineral elements(K,Na,Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu,and Mn) in pineapples and their cultivated soils from three towns in Qionghai City.Thermodynamic diagrams and principal component analysis were employed to analyze the distribution of mineral elements in the peel,flesh,and soil samples of pineapples produced in different towns and the correlations between the content difference of different mineral elements in pineapples and producing areas.Furthermore,the migration patterns of mineral elements were explored.The results showed strong correlations of K,Mg,Ca,Zn,and Cu between soil and peel,as well as strong correlations of Mg,Ca,Zn,Mn,and Cu between soil and flesh.Different mineral elements presented disparities in enrichment degree and distribution between the peel and the flesh,with varying migration coefficients.
