中文摘要: 该研究使用玉米淀粉(corn starch,CS)和聚乳酸(polylactic acid,PLA)制备负载纳米氧化锌(ZnO nanoparticles,ZnO NPs)和桑葚花青素(mulberry anthocyanins,MAE)的双层膜(ZnO-MAE/CS/PLA),并以低温等离子体(atmospheric cold plasma,ACP)对双层膜的膜液进行处理,考察经ACP改性后的薄膜对带鱼的保鲜效果。研究发现,随着贮藏时间的延长,带鱼品质下降,但双层膜包封可有效减缓这一趋势,将带鱼的架期延长2 d,其中经ACP处理9 min的薄膜保鲜效果最佳。结果表明经ACP处理的薄膜在隔绝氧气、减少氧化和抑制微生物生长方面表现更优。
Abstract:In this study,double-layer films(ZnO-MAE/CS/PLA) loaded with ZnO nanoparticles(ZnO NPs)and mulberry anthocyanins (MAE) were prepared using corn starch (CS) and polylactic acid (PLA).The filmforming solution of the double-layer films was treated with atmospheric cold plasma(ACP),and the preservation effect of the ACP-modified films on hairtail was investigated.The results showed that the quality of hairtail decreased with the extension of storage time;however,the encapsulation with the double-layer films effectively slowed down this trend and extended the shelf life of hairtail by 2 days.Films treated with ACP for 9 min exhibited the best preservation effect.These findings indicated that the ACP-treated films performed better in oxygen barrier,oxidation prevention,and microbial growth inhibition.
