中文摘要: 该文采用主成分分析和聚类分析,建立盐碱地稻米营养品质综合评价模型,对东营市盐碱地的10个主栽品种稻米进行综合评价。结果 表明:盐碱地稻米24个营养品质指标之间均存在不同程度的相关性,通过主成分分析提取5个主成分用于营养品质综合评价,盐黄香粳排名第一,小粒香排名最后。通过聚类分析将10个品种稻米按照营养品质划分为4类,Ⅰ类包含盐黄香粳,其营养品质最优;Ⅱ类包含津原U99、盘玉稻、圣稻22;Ⅲ类包含天隆优619、唐育1号、中科发928、金稻919、南粳9108、小粒香,其中南粳9108和小粒香营养品质较差。
Abstract:This study employed principal component analysis and cluster analysis to build a comprehensive evaluation model for the nutritional quality of rice grown in saline-alkali soils. The model was applied to evaluate ten rice cultivars cultivated in the saline-alkali areas of Dongying City. The results showed that there were different degrees of correlation among the 24 nutritional quality indicators of the saline-alkali rice. Five principal components were extracted by principal component analysis for the comprehensive evaluation of nutritional quality. Salt Yellow Fragrant Japonica ranked first, and Small Grain Fragrant ranked last. Using cluster analysis, the 10 saline rice cultivars were categorized into 4 classes according to nutritional quality: Class Ⅰ contained Salt Yellow Japonica, which had the best nutritional quality; Class Ⅱ consisted of Jinyuan U99, Pan Yu, and Shengdao 22; Class Ⅲ comprised Tianlongyou 619, Tangyu No.1, Zhongkefa 928, and Jindao 919,Nanjing 9108,Xiaolixiang. Among them, Nanjing 9108 and Xiaolixiang have slightly poorer nutritional quality.
