中文摘要: 为研究一种微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定大米粉中镉含量的方法,该试验对比湿法消解和微波消解2种不同消解方法以及样品加酸放置过夜和不过夜进行前处理的结果,优化检测波长、射频功率、泵速的仪器设备检测条件,结果表明,标准曲线在1~30 μg/L范围线性关系良好,相关系数r≥0.999;当称样量为0.5 g时,方法检出限为0.004 mg/kg,测定下限为0.012 mg/kg。测定两种不同浓度的质控样品,结果均在质控样品标准值偏差范围内,相对标准偏差(n=6)分别为1.11%、4.60%。试验结果同电感耦合等离子体质谱法、石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定镉相比,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法具有良好的一致性,因此,该方法适用于大米粉中镉含量的检测。
Abstract:A method for determining cadmium content in rice noodles using microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) was studied. The experiment compared the results of two different digestion methods, namely wet digestion and microwave digestion, as well as the pretreatment results of samples with and without overnight acidification. The instrument detection conditions, including detection wavelength, radio frequency power, and pump speed, were optimized. The results showed that the standard curve showed a good linear relationship within the range of 1-30 μg/L, with a correlation coefficient r≥0.999. When the sample weight was 0.5 g, the detection limit of the method was 0.004 mg/kg, and the lower limit of determination was 0.012 mg/kg. The results of two quality control samples with different concentrations were within the range of its deviation range, and the relative standard deviations (n=6) were 1.11% and 4.60%, respectively. Compared with the determination of cadmium by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS), the test results were in good agreement. Therefore, this method was suitable for the determination of cadmium content in rice noodles.
