中文摘要: 采用D-氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐(GlcN·HCl)和无水硫酸镁(MgSO4)通过络合反应形成配合物,并通过滴定法确定最适制备pH值为6.5。然后,通过紫外光谱、红外光谱、同步热分析仪和扫描电子显微镜等方法表征D-氨基葡萄糖-硫酸镁(GlcN-MgSO4)配合物结构性质,以探究配合物形成机制。结果 显示,配合物可能通过分子中氨基和羟基与镁离子发生配位反应而形成,且形成配合物后结晶型由菱形转变成扁平长形八面体,同时其热稳定性也有所提升。因此,GlcN可与Mg2+通过络合反应形成配位键以制备稳定配合物,为骨关节炎防治提供新资源。
Abstract:In this study, D-glucosamine hydrochloride (GlcN·HCl) was combined with anhydrous magnesium sulfate (MgSO4) by complexation reaction to form complexes. The optimal pH was 6.5 determined through titration. To explore the mechanism of complex formation, the complexes were characterized by ultraviolet spectroscopy (UV), infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), simultaneous thermal analyzer, and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results indicated that the complex may be formed through the coordination reaction between the amino and hydroxyl groups in the molecule and the magnesium ion. After the formation of the complex, the crystal structure changed from a rhombic shape to a flat and elongated octahedral shape, and its thermal stability improved. Therefore, GlcN can form stable complexes with Mg2+ through complexation reaction to forming coordination bonds to prepare stable complexes, providing new resources for the prevention and treatment of osteoarthritis.
