中文摘要: 谱-效关系是近年来应用于天然产物活性成分筛选和质量控制的一种新型有效的方法。数据分析方法是谱-效关系的研究重点,是连接“谱”与“效”关系的桥梁。该文对近年来数据分析方法在谱-效关系中的应用进展进行归类综述,其中包括:偏最小二乘回归、灰关联度分析法、人工神经网络、主成分分析和多技术联用等。最终针对谱-效关系研究现状、研究痛点及未来的研究方法进行讨论,为谱-效关系在药食同源领域的研究提供参考。
Abstract:The spectrum-effect relationship is a new and effective method that has been applied in recent years for the screening of active components and quality control of natural products. Data analysis methods, serving as the key focus in spectrum-effect relationship studies, act as a bridge connecting the spectrum and effect.The recent advances in the application of data analysis methods in spectrum-effect relationship studies were reviewed, including partial least squares regression, grey relational analysis, artificial neural networks, principal component analysis, and the combination of multiple techniques. Finally, the current research status,challenges, and future research directions of the spectrum-effect relationship were discussed, with a view to providing references for its application in the field of food-medicine homology.
