中文摘要: 为优化枳甘口服液提取工艺,以总黄酮、总多糖、二氢杨梅素、鸢尾苷和葛花苷含量的综合评分为评价指标,在单因素试验基础上,以加水倍量、煎煮时间和煎煮次数为影响因素,将客观权重赋权法(criteria importance though intercrieria correlation,CRITIC权重法)和独立性权系数法与响应面法相结合,优化提取工艺,各因素对综合评分影响的主次顺序为煎煮次数>加水倍量>煎煮时间,CRITIC权重法预测最佳提取工艺为加水倍量9.313 44、煎煮时间1.064 29 h,煎煮次数2.852 659,综合评分为87.612 4。独立性权系数法预测最佳提取工艺为加水倍量9.531 22、煎煮时间1.046 15 h、煎煮次数2.446 429,综合评分为87.906 6。根据实际生产调整为加水倍量10、煎煮时间1 h、煎煮2次,优选的提取工艺稳定可行。
Abstract:The extraction process of raw materials for the preparation of Zhigan oral liquid was optimized with the comprehensive score of total flavonoids,total polysaccharides,dihydromyricetin,irisin,and kakkalide as the evaluation index. On the basis of single factor test results,water volume folds (A),decocting time (B),and decocting times(C) were selected as influencing factors. The criteria importance though intercrieria correlation (CRITIC) method and the independence weight coefficient method were combined with the response surface method to optimize the extraction process. The influences of different factors on the comprehensive score followed the trend of decocting times>water volume folds>decocting time. The CRITIC method predicted that the optimal extraction process was as follows:water volume folds of 9.313 44,decocting time of 1.064 29 h,and decocting times of 2.852 659,under which the oral liquid showed the comprehensive score of 87.612 4 points.The optimal extraction process predicted by the independence weight coefficient method was as follows:water volume folds of 9.531 22,decocting time of 1.046 15 h,and decocting times of 2.446 429,under which the oral liquid showed the comprehensive score of 87.906 6. According to the actual production condition,the extraction process was adjusted as water volume folds 10,decocting time of 1 h,decocting times of 2,which was stable and feasible.
