中文摘要: 阿尔茨海默症作为老年人最为常见的一种神经退行性疾病,是以神经元丢失、神经纤维缠结和淀粉样斑块的蓄积现象作为病理特征,其发病机理尚未完全清楚。目前治疗阿尔茨海默症的药物非常有限,这些药物并不能通过改变发病进程来治愈阿尔茨海默症患者,而且药物副作用明显。海参脂质是海洋棘皮动物海参中的主要活性物质之一,被证明具有多种生物活性和营养功效。这类物质对神经退行性疾病的改善作用在近年来受到较多的关注。该文总结海参中磷脂、脑苷脂、神经节苷脂、神经酰胺以及甾醇类等海参脂质的活性研究,并阐述海参中磷脂、脑苷脂、神经节苷脂以及神经酰胺在改善阿尔茨海默症的研究进展,以期为海参脂质用于改善阿尔茨海默症提供理论基础,同时拓宽海参脂质的应用范围。
Abstract:Alzheimer′s disease, the most common neurodegenerative disease among the elderly, is pathologically characterized by neuronal loss, neurofibrillary tangles, and accumulation of amyloid plaques. However,its pathogenesis has not yet been fully understood. The severely limited medications for Alzheimer′s disease cannot alter the disease progression to cure the patients and often exhibit significant side effects. Sea cucumber lipids, one of the main active substances in marine echinoderm sea cucumber, have been proven to possess a variety of biological activities and nutritional benefits. The ameliorative effects of these substances on neurodegenerative diseases have attracted considerable attention in recent years. This paper summarized the research related to the activity of sea cucumber lipids including phospholipids, cerebrosides, gangliosides, ceramides,and sterols in sea cucumber, and then expounded the research progress of these substances in ameliorating Alzheimer′s disease, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for using sea cucumber lipids to ameliorate Alzheimer′s disease and broaden the application range of them.
