中文摘要: 口服降糖药物和注射胰岛素是糖尿病的一般治疗措施,但两者均需长期使用,且有明显副作用。天然降血糖物质因其较低的毒副作用而更适合长期使用,逐渐成为研究热点。该文通过分析《中华人民共和国药典》和中华人民共和国国家卫生健康委员会公布的相关通知,筛选出具有降血糖作用的药食同源物质;对比中国知网近十年的数据,对这些物质的特性及验证有降糖作用的频次进行详细分析。结果表明,桑叶、牡蛎、葛根和山药等降糖作用的报道频次位居前列。以活性成分、益生元、益生菌、后生元等为关键词进行检索并整理汇总;列举具有降糖作用的多糖、皂苷、黄酮、多酚、生物碱、益生菌、益生元和后生元等,并对其降糖效果进行概述,以期为天然降血糖物质的个性化选择和合理搭配使用提供一定的参考。
Abstract:Oral hypoglycemic drugs and insulin injections are commonly adopted for treating diabetes, but they both require long-term use and have significant side effects. Natural hypoglycemic substances, due to their lower toxicity and side effects, are suitable for long-term use and have become a research hotspot. This review analyzed the Pharmacopoeia of the People′s Republic of China and relevant notifications issued by the Ministry of Health to identify medicinal and edible substances with hypoglycemic effects. By searching for the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database from the past decade, a detailed analysis was conducted on the properties of these substances and the frequency of reports validating their hypoglycemic effects.Folium Mori, Concha Ostreae, Radix Puerariae, and Rhizoma Dioscoreae ranked among the most frequently reported substances with hypoglycemic effects. This review also conducted keyword searches on active ingredients, prebiotics, probiotics, and postbiotics. Several polysaccharides, saponins, flavonoids, polyphenols,and alkaloids with hypoglycemic effects were listed, and their hypoglycemic effects were summarized. Additionally, probiotic strains with reported hypoglycemic effects were enumerated, along with prebiotics and postbiotics reported to have hypoglycemic effects. This review provided a certain scientific basis for the personalized selection and rational combination of natural hypoglycemic substances.
