中文摘要: 随着人们对健康关注的日益提升,传统的‘单组分-单靶点’研究模式已无法满足对食品功能因子多组分协同作用的解析需求。网络药理学技术通过整合组学、大数据及生物信息学等手段,构建功能因子-靶点的复杂网络,为解析功能因子的生物活性及作用机制提供系统方法。该文介绍网络药理学在食品功能因子领域的研究方法、分析工具、应用现状、局限性和未来发展趋势,旨在推动网络药理学在食品功能因子研究中不断优化和创新。
Abstract:With growing attention to health, the conventional "single-component, single-target" research paradigm has become inadequate for analyzing the synergistic effects of multiple food functional factors. Network pharmacology, leveraging multi-omics, big data, and bioinformatics, offers a systematic approach for constructing functional factor-target networks and enables comprehensive understanding of the bioactivities and mechanisms of functional factors. The research methodologies, analytical tools, current applications, limitations, and future directions of network pharmacology in the field of food functional factors were reviewed, with the aim to promote the continuous optimization and innovation of network pharmacology in this domain.Key words: network pharmacology; food functional factors; bioactivity; bioinformatics; mechanism
