中文摘要: 氟喹诺酮类药物是一类人工合成的广谱抗菌剂,因其高效、经济的特性在养殖业中广泛应用于动物细菌性疾病的防治。然而,其过度使用可能导致动物源性产品中药物残留超标,进而引发食品安全风险。该文系统综述氟喹诺酮类药物残留的国际与国内最高限量标准、样品前处理技术及常见检测方法,并展望未来检测技术的发展趋势,旨在为动物源性产品中氟喹诺酮类药物残留的快速分析研究提供科学参考。
Abstract:Fluoroquinolones are a class of synthetic broad-spectrum antimicrobial agents that are widely used in the control of bacterial diseases in farmed animals due to their high efficacy and low costs. However, their excessive use may lead to excessive drug residues in animal-derived products, which may cause food safety risks. The international and domestic maximum limits of fluoroquinolone residues, sample pretreatment techniques, and common detection methods were systematically reviewed, and the development trend of future detection techniques was also prospected, aiming at providing scientific references for the rapid analysis and research of fluoroquinolone residues in animal-derived products.
