中文摘要: 为系统探究葡萄糖发酵物部分替代脱氢乙酸钠对金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)和大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)的抑菌特性,该研究采用均匀设计试验方法,以葡萄糖发酵物和脱氢乙酸钠的添加量为考察因素,以对不同浓度下金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率为评价指标,对两种细菌进行抑制效果评估。通过回归分析建立抑菌率与添加剂量之间的数学模型。结果表明:葡萄糖发酵物与脱氢乙酸钠的联合使用对不同浓度的金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌均能显著提高抑制效果,且在一定添加剂量范围内表现出良好的协同作用,其中处理5(脱氢乙酸钠添加量0.01%、葡萄糖发酵物添加量0.4%)为最佳替代比例组合。
Abstract:The present study aimed to systematically investigate the inhibitory characteristics of partially substituting sodium dehydroacetate with glucose fermentation products against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.This study adopted a uniform design experimental approach.The addition levels of glucose fermentation products and sodium dehydroacetate were set as the experimental factors,and the inhibition rates against S.aureus and E.coli at different concentrations were used as evaluation indicators to assess the antibacterial effects.A mathematical model correlating the inhibition rate with the addition levels was established through regression analysis.The findings revealed that the combined application of glucose fermentation products and sodium dehydroacetate at various concentrations significantly enhanced the inhibitory effect against both S.aureus and E.coli,exhibiting a favorable synergistic effect within a certain range of addition levels.Among the tested combinations,treatment 5(with 0.01% sodium dehydroacetate and 0.4% glucose fermentation products)was identified as the optimal substitution ratio.
