中文摘要: 基于前期建立的QuEChERS-分析保护剂联用方法,系统考察复溶溶剂类型、分析保护剂添加量(浓度与体积)、农药浓度及基质浓度对36种农药残留基质效应的影响。结果表明:复溶溶剂的选择应根据目标农药特性以有效降低基质效应。分析保护剂组合为50 μL混合保护剂(10 mg/mL 3-乙氧基-1,2-丙二醇+ 1 mg/mL L-古洛糖酸-γ-内酯+1 mg/mL D-山梨醇),其可以提高农药的响应值。绝大多数农药浓度越低基质效应越显著,当农药浓度大于0.05 μg/mL时,大多数农药基质效应值较小。降低基质浓度总体上可以减弱基质效应,但大多数农药在基质稀释1倍时,基质效应下降并不显著;稀释倍数达到20倍时,绝大多数基质效应下降显著。
Abstract:Based on the previously established QuEChERS-analyte protectant combined method, this study systematically investigated the effects of reconstitution solvent type, analyte protectant addition amount(concentration and volume), pesticide concentration, and matrix concentration on the matrix effects of 36 pesticide residues. The results demonstrated that the choice of reconstitution solvent should be tailored to the specific characteristics of the target pesticides to effectively reduce matrix effects. The optimal protectant combination was 50 μL of a mixed protectant (3-ethoxy-1,2-propanediol at 10 mg/mL + L-gulonic acid γ-lactone at 1 mg/mL + D-sorbitol at 1 mg/mL), which could enhance the response values of pesticides. For most pesticides, matrix effects were generally more pronounced at lower concentrations. When the pesticide concentration exceeded 0.05 μg/mL, the matrix effects for most pesticides were smaller. Generally, matrix effects could be attenuated by reducing the matrix concentration. However, for most pesticides, a 1-fold dilution of the matrix produced an insignificant reduction in matrix effects. In contrast, matrix effects decreased significantly when the dilution ratio reached 20-fold.
