中文摘要: 该研究将蒲公英鲜样分割为根、花茎、叶、花蕾、籽5个不同器官,采用95%乙醇溶液进行索氏提取得到蒲公英各器官乙醇提取物,分别考察其对DPPH自由基清除能力和提取物中多酚、多糖、黄酮的含量。试验结果表明,各器官乙醇提取物均具有一定的抗氧化活性,其活性大小顺序为籽>叶>花蕾>花茎>根。多酚含量顺序为籽>叶>花蕾>花茎>根;多糖含量顺序为根>花茎>籽>叶>花蕾;黄酮含量顺序为叶>花蕾>花茎>籽>根。最后将抗氧化活性有效成分含量与IC50进行皮尔逊相关性分析得知,不同器官蒲公英提取液的抗氧化活性与多酚含量呈显著正相关。

Abstract:The fresh samples of dandelion were divided into five different organs: root, stem, leaf, flower bud, and seed. The ethanol extract of each organ was obtained by the Soxhlet method with 95% ethanol solution. Then, the following aspects were investigated: the scavenging ability against DPPH free radical, as well as the content of polyphenols, polysaccharides, and flavonoids in the extract. The results showed that there was certain antioxidant activity in the ethanol extracts of each organ, in the descending order: seed>leaf>flower bud>stem>root. The order of polyphenol content was seed>leaf>flower bud>stems>root. The order of polysaccharide content was root>stem>seed>leaf>flower bud. The order of flavonoid content was leaf>flower bud>stem>seed>root. Finally, Pearson correlation analysis was conducted on the content of antioxidant active ingredients and IC50. The conclusion was that the antioxidant activity of dandelion extract in different organs was significantly positively correlated with the polyphenol contents in the organs.
