中文摘要: 为评价3种分子量不同的阿胶在增强免疫方面的作用,该研究通过不同工艺制备得到3种阿胶(Colla corii asini,CCA),即CCAS-1、CCAS-2和CCAS-3,在对其蛋白质含量、氨基酸组成和分子量分布进行分析的基础上,对其增强小鼠细胞免疫、体液免疫、单核-巨噬细胞功能和自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)活性能力进行评价。结果表明,CCAS-1、CCAS-2和CCAS-3的蛋白质含量和羟脯氨酸含量相近,但其分子量存在显著差异。重均分子量分别为19 318、9 117 Da和1 404 Da。3种不同分子量阿胶产品均有助于增加体液免疫和NK细胞功能;并且CCAS-3有助于增强小鼠细胞免疫功能;CCAS-3、CCAS-2有助于增加单核巨噬细胞活性。CCAS-1、CCAS-2和CCAS-3均具有增强免疫功能的作用。
Abstract:To evaluate the effects of three kinds of Colla corii asini (CCA) with different molecular weights on immunity enhancement, three CCA samples(CCAS-1, CCAS-2 and CCAS-3) were prepared in this study through distinct processes. Based on the analysis of their protein content, amino acid composition, and molecular weight distribution, their abilities to enhance cellular immunity, humoral immunity, monocyte-macrophage function, and natural killer (NK) cell activity were assessed in mice. The results showed that CCAS-1,CCAS-2 and CCAS-3 had similar protein and hydroxyproline content but significantly different molecular weights, with weight-average molecular weights of 19 318, 9 117, and 1 404 Da, respectively. All three products promoted humoral immunity and NK cell function. Additionally, CCAS-3 enhanced cellular immunity,while CCAS-3 and CCAS-2 improved monocyte-macrophage activity. Collectively, CCAS-1, CCAS-2, and CCAS-3 all demonstrated effects in immunity enhancement.
