中文摘要: 纳米结构脂质载体(nanostructured lipid carriers,NLC)是基于固体脂质纳米粒的新一代递送系统,具有高荷载量、靶向释放和稳定性强等优势,广泛应用于医药、化妆品及食品领域。该文综述NLC的结构类型、常用制备方法及其操作要点与适用场景,重点探讨天然脂质与表面活性剂的研究进展,总结NLC的表征技术,并对其应用进行归纳,以期为天然原料替代、工业化制备技术优化、智能化配方设计及安全性评估提供参考。
Abstract:Nanostructured lipid carriers(NLC)are a new-generation delivery system based on solid lipid nanoparticles,offering advantages such as high loading capacity,targeted release,and strong stability. They are widely used in pharmaceutical,cosmetic,and food industries. NLC were introduced in terms of the structural types,common preparation methods,key operational points,and applicable scenarios. Particularly,the research progress in natural lipids and surfactants was reviewed. The characterization techniques and applications of NLC were outlined,with a view to providing references for the substitution of natural raw materials,optimization of industrial preparation technologies,intelligent formulation design,and safety evaluation of NLC.
