中文摘要: 百香果是一种经济价值和食用价值极高的特色水果,富含维生素、氨基酸、膳食纤维和其他营养物质,其果皮中的多糖在抗炎、改善糖尿病、抗氧化、胃保护、抗菌等方面展现出较大应用潜力。该文综述近年来国内外关于百香果皮多糖的结构特征和生物活性的研究进展,旨在为百香果皮多糖的进一步研究和开发提供理论支持。
Abstract:Passion fruit is a characteristic fruit with high economic and edible value. It is rich in vitamins,amino acids,dietary fiber,and other nutrients. The polysaccharides in passion fruit peels show great application potential in inflammation reduction,diabetes amelioration,anti-oxidation,gastric protection,resistance to bacteria,and other aspects. This paper reviewed recent Chinese and foreign research progress on the structural characteristics and biological activities of polysaccharides from passion fruit peels,aiming to provide theoretical support for their further investigation and development.
