中文摘要: 功能性便秘(functional constipation,FC)是一种以排便困难或次数少为特征的功能性肠道疾病。近年来的研究表明,肠道菌群与肠道传输功能紊乱密切相关。而食药同源植物活性成分因其天然来源、低毒性和副作用较小的特点可作为缓解便秘的补充和替代药物,如黄酮、多糖等活性成分,具有调节肠道菌群和缓解FC的作用。因此,食药同源植物活性成分作为一种新兴的缓解FC方法引起广泛的关注。该文综述FC的发病机制及其与肠道菌群的相关性,并对食药同源植物活性成分基于肠道菌群缓解FC的研究进展进行总结,以期为食药同源植物活性成分促进肠道健康及缓解FC的机制研究提供参考。
Abstract:Functional constipation(FC)is a functional bowel disease characterized by difficulty or low frequency of bowel movements.Recent studies have shown that gut microbiota is closely related to intestinal transport dysfunction. Because of the natural origin,low toxicity,and mild side effects,the active ingredients(e.g.,flavonoids and polysaccharides)of plants with both edible and medicinal values can be used as complementary and alternative drugs to relieve constipation by regulating gut microbiota. Therefore,these active ingredients,as a new method for alleviating FC,have attracted extensive attention. The pathogenesis of FC and its correlation with gut microbiota were reviewed,and the research progress in amelioration of FC by active ingredients of plants with both medicinal and edible values based on gut microbiota was summarized.The review aimed to provide reference for revealing the mechanisms of these active ingredients in promoting intestinal health and alleviating FC.
