中文摘要: 为得到高转化率稀有人参皂苷益生菌,该研究将某菌种库自行分离所得益生菌冻干粉经过活化、分离、培养后利用七叶苷显色法初筛得到18株产β-葡萄糖苷酶益生菌菌株,使用熊果苷进行碳源诱导筛选出3株高产β-葡萄糖苷酶益生菌菌株,并利用此3株菌株对人参进行发酵,得到1株高转化率稀有人参皂苷菌株FTCM001。该菌株发酵使得稀有人参皂苷Rg3含量提高0.020 mg/mL,较发酵前提升66.7倍。经过形态观察、16S rRNA基因测序、pheS基因测序和生理生化特征分析鉴定,该菌株被鉴定为植物乳植杆菌(Lactiplantibacillus plantarum)。
Abstract:In order to obtain rare ginsenoside probiotics with a high conversion rate,this study activated,separated,and cultivated the probiotic freeze-dried powder obtained from a self-separation bacterial strain library and then used the esculin plate colored method for preliminary screening,finally obtaining 18 probiotic strains that produced β-glucosidase.Arbutin was used for carbon source induction screening,and three strains with high β-glucosidase production were selected as probiotic strains. These three strains were then used for the fermentation of ginseng,resulting in a rare ginsenoside strain FTCM001 with a high conversion rate. After fermentation of this strain,the content of rare ginsenoside Rg3 increased by 0.020 mg/mL,representing a 66.7-fold increase compared to the pre-fermentation level. After morphological observation,16S rRNA gene sequence,pheS gene sequence,and physiological and biochemical characteristic analysis and identification,this strain was identified as Lactiplantibacillus plantarum.
