中文摘要: 电致化学发光(electrochemiluminescence,ECL)传感器具有响应速度快、操作简单、设备成本低等优点,其中,传感材料作为传感器的核心元件,是提高传感器性能的关键。近年来,量子点(quantum dots,QDs)由于较大的斯托克斯位移、可调节的发射波长及光化学稳定等优点,被认为是传感器研究中具有广阔前景的纳米材料之一。因此,该文综述QDs的背景、分类、合成方法、ECL机制、毒素检测等方面,重点介绍基于QDs的ECL检测在真菌毒素检测上的应用,并且仔细研究每种电致化学发光传感器的优缺点,为食品痕量真菌毒素快速检测技术的发展提供研究思路。最后,提出并分析基于QDs构建的电致化学发光传感器在食品安全检测中存在的主要问题和挑战。
Abstract:Electrochemiluminescence(ECL)sensors have the advantages of fast response,simple operation,and low equipment cost. As the core component of the sensor,the sensing material was the key to improving the performance of the sensor. In recent years,quantum dots(QDs)have been considered one of the most promising nanomaterials in sensor research due to their large Stokes shift,tunable emission wavelength,and photochemical stability. Therefore,this paper reviewed the background,classification,synthesis methods,mechanism of ECL,toxin detection,and other aspects of QDs,while focusing on the application of QDs-based ECL in mycotoxin detection. Additionally,the advantages and disadvantages of each ECL sensor were carefully studied to provide research ideas for the development of rapid detection technology for trace mycotoxins in food. Finally,the main problems and challenges of QDs-based ECL sensors in food safety detection were proposed and analyzed.
