中文摘要: 青稞(Hordeum vulgare L. var. nudum Hook. f. )作为一种营养丰富的谷物,不仅富含多种活性成分,还具有抗氧化、降血糖和降血脂等多种生物活性,因此,在食品和医药领域都有着广泛的应用价值。特别是青稞中的β-葡聚糖,已被证实能通过多种途径调节糖脂代谢,从而对人体健康产生积极影响。最新研究成果显示,青稞β-葡聚糖不仅可以直接作用于糖脂代谢,还可通过调节肠道菌群来间接影响这一过程,进而对肥胖、2 型糖尿病和高脂血症等疾病起到预防和缓解的作用。该文综述其调控糖脂代谢的作用机制及通过调节肠道菌群来预防和缓解该类疾病的最新相关研究,并对未来的研究方向进行展望。
Abstract:As a nutritious cereal,barley (Hordeum vulgare L. var. nudum Hook. f.) is not only rich in a variety of active ingredients,but also possesses a wide range of biological activities such as antioxidant,hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic,and therefore has a wide range of applications in both food and pharmaceutical fields. In particular,the β-glucan in barley has been proven to regulate glucose-lipid metabolism through a variety of pathways,thus having a positive impact on human health. The latest research results show that barley β-glucan can not only act directly on glycolipid metabolism,but also indirectly affect this process by regulating the intestinal flora,and then play a preventive and mitigating role in diseases such as obesity,type 2 diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia. This article summarizes the latest research on the mechanism of β-glucan in regulating glycolipid metabolism and regulating the intestinal flora to prevent and alleviate these diseases,and gives an outlook on the future research direction.
