中文摘要: 柑橘是我国重要的农产品,其果实品质是影响消费者购买和决定市场价值的重要因素之一。人工检测效率低下且易受主观因素影响,因此检测结果客观性好、自动化程度高的各种新兴技术成为鲜果品质检测研究的热点。该文总结分析柑橘缺陷检测领域的最新检测技术和研究进展,介绍柑橘常见的缺陷种类及其形成原因,总结现有的无损检测技术并阐述其原理,对比其优缺点,并展望未来的发展方向,旨在为柑橘缺陷的无损检测提供参考。

Abstract:Citrus is an important fruit crop in China,and its fruit quality is one of the key factors affecting consumer purchase and determining the market value. Therefore,the testing of citrus fruit quality is particularly important. Manual testing is inefficient and easily affected by subjective factors,failing to meet the requirements of non-destructive testing in the modern fruit market. Therefore,emerging technologies with good objectivity and high degrees of automation have become the research focus of fresh fruit quality testing. The latest technologies and research progress in the testing of citrus fruit defects were summarized,and the common types of defects in citrus fruits and their causes were introduced. Furthermore,the existing non-destructive testing technologies were compared regarding their principles,advantages,and disadvantages. Finally,the future development directions were proposed,with the aim of providing a reference for non-destructive testing of citrus fruit defects.
