中文摘要: 岩藻黄素是自然界中含量最为丰富的类胡萝卜素,是藻类中重要的营养功效因子。岩藻黄素可以通过抑制碳水化合物水解酶的活性,改善胰岛素信号,上调葡萄糖转运蛋白-4 的表达和抑制脂肪细胞因子的产生等方式降低体内血糖水平。该文综述岩藻黄素在藻类细胞中的合成及其在人体内的吸收过程,并详细总结岩藻黄素可能的降糖机制,以期为岩藻黄素降糖机制研究提供借鉴,加速糖尿病等慢性疾病的临床治疗进程。
Abstract:Fucoxanthin is an abundant carotenoid in the nature and an important nutritional factor in algae.Fucoxanthin can reduce the level of blood glucose by inhibiting the activity of carbohydrate hydrolase,improving insulin signal,up-regulating the expression of glucose transporter-4(GLUT4)and inhibiting the production of adipocytokines.The synthesis of fucoxanthin in algae and the absorption of this compound in human body were introduced.Furthermore,the possible blood glucose-lowering mechanisms of fucoxanthin were summarized in detail.The review aims to provide a reference for the relevant research and the clinical treatment of chronic diseases such as diabetes mellitus.
