中文摘要: 利用超声波细胞粉碎技术辅助提取蒲公英叶多糖,并采用响应面法对其提取工艺进行优化。研究超声功率、料液比、提取时间、温度对蒲公英叶多糖提取率的影响,在单因素试验的基础上进行响应面试验并对蒲公英叶多糖的抗氧化能力进行测定。结果表明,蒲公英叶多糖的最佳提取工艺为超声功率197 W、料液比1∶15(g/mL)、提取时间25 min,此工艺下多糖提取率为5.346%。蒲公英叶多糖具有一定的抗氧化活性,其对DPPH 自由基、羟自由基、超氧阴离子自由基的IC50 值分别为34.62、12.16、0.98 mg/mL。
Abstract:The ultrasonic cell crushing-assisted extraction process of polysaccharides from dandelion leaves was optimized.The effects of extraction power,solid-to-liquid ratio,extraction temperature,and extraction time on the yield of polysaccharides from dandelion leaves were studied.On the basis of single factor test,response surface test was carried out to further optimize the extraction conditions.The antioxidant capacity of the extracted polysaccharides was evaluated based on the DPPH radical,hydroxyl radical(·OH),and superoxide anion radical(O2-·)scavenging activities.The extraction conditions were optimized as extraction with the solid-to-liquid ratio of 1∶15(g/mL)at 197 W for 25 min,under which the yield of polysaccharides was 5.346%.The polysaccharides from dandelion leaves had antioxidant activity,with the semi-inhibitory concentrations(IC50)of 34.62,12.16 mg/mL,and 0.98 mg/mL on DPPH radical,·OH,and O2-·,respectively.
