绿豆品种筛选及乙烯对绿豆芽生长形态的影响

中文摘要: 该文选择我国主要绿豆产区的10份绿豆品种作为试验材料,分别进行表型性状的描述、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量的测定,同时测定其发芽后的生长指标,筛选出具有芽用特性且营养价值较高的绿豆品种。通过对优质绿豆品种进行发芽,并在其生长过程中采用乙烯处理,研究乙烯对其生长形态的影响。结果表明,10份绿豆品种粒长、粒宽、百粒重的变化范围分别为4.39 mm~5.75 mm、3.30 mm~4.16 mm、4.65 g~7.42 g,可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白含量的变化范围分别为6.09 mg/g~9.76 mg/g、6.55 mg/g~11.56 mg/g;10份绿豆芽下胚轴长、下胚轴粗、根长和产出比的变化范围分别为7.89 cm~13.20 cm、1.78 mm~2.34 mm、5.07 cm~7.84 cm、9.00~13.72。最终筛选出的优质绿豆品种为白绿8号。经过乙烯处理后的绿豆芽,随着生长时间的延长,其生长指标均呈逐渐增长的趋势,下胚轴长、下胚轴粗、根长和单株鲜质量的变化范围分别为2.83 cm~8.70 cm、3.04 mm~3.53 mm、2.71 cm~4.81 cm、0.28 g~0.82 g。与对照(CK)相比,乙烯处理抑制了绿豆芽的下胚轴和主根的伸长生长,促进了绿豆芽下胚轴的横向生长,提高了其单株鲜质量,有效地改善了绿豆芽的外观品质。

Abstract:This study aimed to screen mung bean varieties with superior sprout traits and high nutritional value.Specifically,10 mung bean varieties from the main producing areas in China were selected and the phenotypic traits,content of soluble proteins and soluble sugar,and growth indexes after germination were determined.After the variety with premium quality germinated,it was treated with ethylene and then the growth traits were observed.The results showed that the 10 varieties had the grain length,grain width,100-seed weight,soluble sugar content,and soluble protein content in the ranges of 4.39mm-5.75 mm,3.30 mm-4.16 mm,4.65 g-7.42 g,6.09 mg/g-9.76 mg/g,and 6.55 mg/g-11.56 mg/g,respectively.Meanwhile,the hypocotyl length,hypocotyl diameter,root length,and output ratio of the sprouts of 10 varieties fell in the ranges of 7.89 cm-13.20 cm,1.78 mm-2.34 mm,5.07 cm-7.84 cm and 9.00-13.72,respectively.The high-quality variety was Bailv 8.After ethylene treatment,the growth indexes of the sprouts rose over time,and the hypocotyl length,hypocotyl diameter,root length,and fresh weight per plant were 2.83 cm-8.70 cm,3.04 mm-3.53 mm,2.71 cm-4.81 cm and 0.28 g-0.82 g,respectively.Compared with the control(CK),ethylene inhibited the elongation of hypocotyl and main root,enhanced the transverse growth of hypocotyl,and raised the fresh weight per plant,thereby improving the appearance quality of mung bean sprouts.
