中文摘要: 该实验旨在研究副干酪乳杆菌TK1501(Lactobacillus paracasei TK1501)发酵大豆粉对由链脲佐菌素(streptozotocin,STZ)诱导的Ⅱ型糖尿病模型小鼠的改善作用。取4周龄~5周龄SPF级昆明雄鼠,随机将其分为空白组、模型组、L.paracasei TK1501发酵大豆粉组、未发酵大豆粉组,每组各10只。连续腹腔注射STZ建立模型,连续给药4周。通过检测体重、血糖、糖耐量、肝糖原、胆固醇、甘油三酯和脏器组织病理学研究等,探究L.paracasei TK1501发酵大豆粉对STZ诱导小鼠Ⅱ型糖尿病的干预作用。结果显示,经L.paracasei TK1501发酵大豆粉干预的小鼠对葡萄糖耐受能力显著增强(p<0.05),小鼠的总胆固醇(p<0.01)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(p<0.01)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(p<0.01)和糖原(p<0.05)等指标得到显著改善。同时,患病小鼠的肝脏、肾脏和胰腺受损得到明显改善。

Abstract:The experiment aimed to investigate whether Lactobacillus paracasei TK1501 fermented soybean meal reduced the effects of streptozotocin(STZ)induced type 2diabetes using a mouse model.SPFgrade Kunming male rats(4-5 weeks of age)were randomly divided between four groups:a blank group,a model group,a L.paracasei TK1501 fermented soybean meal group,and an unfermented soybean meal group.Each group contained ten rats.A continuous intraperitoneal injection of STZ was administered for three days to establish the model prior to initiating the experiment.The experiment ceased after four weeks.Then were the body weight,blood sugar,glucose tolerance,liver glycogen,cholesterol,triglycerides,and organ histopathology were to determine whether L.paracasei TK1501 fermented soybean meal reduced the effects of STZ-induced typeⅡ diabetes in mouse.The results revealed the mice fed L.paracasei TK1501 fermented soybean meal possessed a significantly enhanced glucose tolerance(p<0.05),significantly reduced:total cholesterol(p<0.01),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(p<0.01),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(p<0.01),glycogen(p<0.05)and positive effects on various other indicators.Simultaneously,the liver,kidney,and pancreas of the diseased mice provided L.paracasei TK1501 fermented soybean meal were significantly improved.L.paracasei TK1501 fermented soybean meal significantly relieves and causes therapeutic effects on type Ⅱ diabetes in mice.This research provides a reference for developing functional foods in our quest to lower blood sugar levels.
