中文摘要: 慕萨莱思是一种具有新疆民族特色的传统饮品,该研究拟建立一种同时测定慕萨莱思中甲醇和乙醇含量的气相色谱方法。该方法的分析条件为进样口温度250℃、检测器温度250℃、进样体积1 μL、分流比为50∶1,程序升温:120℃保持2 min,10℃/min速率升温至170℃,保持3 min。该方法能使甲醇和乙醇完全分离,线性良好,方法检测限甲醇和乙醇分别为2.34 mg/L和0.05%,6次测定的相对标准偏差分别为2.39%和1.71%,样品的加标回收率别为93.18%~97.66%。具有操作简单、灵敏度高、重复性好、分析时间短等特点,适用于同时测定慕萨莱思中甲醇和乙醇的含量。
Abstract:Musalais is a kind of traditional drink with ethnic characteristics of Xinjiang.This study intended to establish a gas chromatography method for the simultaneous determination of methanol and ethanol.The analytical conditions of the method were as follows:the temperature of the injector was 250℃,the temperature of the detector was 250 ℃,the injection volume was 1 μL,the split ratio was 50∶1,the programmed temperature was raised to 120℃for 2 min,and the rate of 10℃/min was raised to 170℃for 3 min.In this method,methanol and alcohol were separated from each other completely,a good linearity was achieved,the detection limits of methanol and alcohol were 2.34 mg/L and 0.05%,the recovery of methanol and alcohol ranged from 93.18% to 97.66%,the relative standard deviation methanol and alcohol were 2.39% and 1.71% (n=6).The method had the advantages of simple operation,high sensitivity,good reproducibility and short analysis time.It was suitable for the simultaneous determination of methyl alcohol and ethanol in Musalais.
